What Is a Check-In?
A check-in is a brief health update you complete through the member portal. Your doctor uses this information to:
- Evaluate how you're responding to the medication
- Determine if a dosage adjustment is needed
- Approve your next refill
When Does It Happen?

| First check-in | Around week 4–5 after starting medication |
| Subsequent check-ins | Before each refill (typically every 3 months) |
You'll receive a text and email notification when it's time for your check-in.

What's Involved?
During a check-in, you'll typically:
- Update your current weight
- Answer a few health questions (side effects, appetite changes, etc.)
- Upload a progress photo (if requested)
- Note any concerns you want the doctor to address
The process takes about 5–10 minutes.
What Happens After the Check-In?
Your doctor reviews your check-in and:
- Approves your refill (same dose or adjusted)
- Sends a message if they have questions or recommendations
- Triggers pharmacy fulfillment for your next shipment
I Didn't Get a Check-In Notification
If you think you're due for a check-in but haven't received a notification:
- Log in to the member portal and check for any pending actions
- Look in your spam/junk folder for missed notifications
- Contact support@coreagerx.com to have the check-in link resent
