Changing Your Plan
If you'd like to switch to a different plan duration (for example, from a 1-month plan to a 3-month plan, or vice versa), here's how:
Before Your Current Plan Ends
Contact support before your next refill is processed:

Let us know:
- Your current plan
- The plan duration you'd like to switch to
- When you'd like the change to take effect
Available Plans
| Plan | How It Works |
|---|---|
| 1-month | Pay monthly, receive 1 vial per shipment |
| 3-month | Pay for 3 months, receive 3 vials per shipment |
| 6-month | Pay for 6 months, receive vials in two shipments (3 + 3) |
| 12-month | Pay for 12 months, receive vials in quarterly shipments |
Note: Longer plans typically offer a lower per-month cost.
Can I Downgrade Mid-Plan?
If you've already paid for a multi-month plan and want to switch to a shorter duration:
- Contact support to discuss your options
- Depending on where you are in your plan, a partial refund or credit may be available
- Any medication already shipped cannot be returned
Can I Upgrade Mid-Plan?
Yes — if you want to move to a longer plan, contact support and we'll apply any remaining credit from your current plan toward the new one.
