Are Refunds Available?

General Refund Policy

All prescription sales are final once your prescription has been approved by a licensed provider and sent to the pharmacy for fulfillment. After both steps are complete, your order cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded, even if it has not shipped yet.

Before both steps are complete, contact support@coreagerx.com or call (307) 405-1638 as soon as possible to request cancellation. Support will check the current order status and confirm whether cancellation is still available, along with any applicable consultation fee and refund amount. Wait for written confirmation; submitting a request does not itself confirm that the order has been canceled.

All orders also become final and non-refundable 30 calendar days after the original purchase date, even if your prescription has not been approved or your medication has not shipped. See 30-Day Refund Cutoff below.

For other issues, such as a pharmacy error, a lost or damaged shipment, or a billing error, see the separate review information below.

Provider Consultation Fees

The provider consultation fee ($50–$100 depending on your treatment, included in your treatment cost) is non-refundable once the consultation or medical review process has begun. The fee may remain non-refundable even if:

  • You cancel before your prescription is sent to the pharmacy
  • Your provider determines that treatment is not medically appropriate
  • You change your mind
  • You don't submit required documents or information
  • Your order becomes non-refundable under the 30-day refund cutoff

The consultation fee compensates your provider for their time and clinical evaluation.

If Your Provider Does Not Approve Treatment

If your provider does not approve treatment, your refund is the amount you paid minus the non-refundable consultation fee. The consultation fee covers the provider’s review of your medical intake and is deducted from the refund. For a breakdown of the amount paid, consultation fee, and refund, email support@coreagerx.com with your order number.

This refund is subject to the 30-day refund cutoff. Orders become final and non-refundable 30 calendar days after the original purchase date, including orders delayed because required information was not provided, so complete your intake and respond to provider requests promptly.

30-Day Refund Cutoff

All orders become final and non-refundable 30 calendar days after the original purchase date. After that, no refund will be issued for any reason, whether or not your medication has shipped or your order has been completed, except where otherwise required by applicable law.

This includes orders that are delayed or cannot proceed because required information has not been provided, such as:

  • Medical intake forms
  • Valid photo identification
  • Patient photographs
  • Lab results, medical records, or primary care provider documentation
  • Health history or medication information
  • Responses to provider questions
  • Address or identity verification

You are responsible for completing all requested steps and providing all required information within 30 calendar days of purchase. Missing information does not extend the refund window. After 30 days, the order stays non-refundable even if your prescription has not been approved or sent to the pharmacy, your medication has not been compounded or shipped, more information is still needed from you, or you no longer wish to continue treatment.

A cancellation or refund request must be submitted, and the order must be eligible for a refund, within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. The cutoff applies to the individual order or renewal charge being refunded. It does not prevent you from canceling a subscription to stop future renewal charges.

Check your email (including spam/junk folders), text messages, and Member Portal regularly so you don't miss a request for information.

Other Refund Requests

Other circumstances are reviewed under this policy, including:

1. Pharmacy Error If you receive the wrong medication, wrong dosage, or incorrect quantity due to a pharmacy error, we will correct the error at no cost. A refund may be issued if replacement is not possible.

2. Lost or Damaged Shipment If your medication is lost or physically damaged in transit, contact support promptly and include photos of any damage. After reviewing the circumstances, CoreAge Rx will work with the pharmacy and/or carrier to arrange an appropriate replacement or reshipment when applicable.

3. CoreAge Rx Error If we made a billing error (duplicate charge, wrong amount, etc.), we will correct it via refund or credit.

How to Request a Refund Review

If you believe you qualify for a refund based on the circumstances above:

  1. Contact support at support@coreagerx.com or call (307) 405-1638
  2. Provide:
    • Your full name and order number
    • Date of purchase
    • Clear description of the issue
    • Photos if applicable (damaged medication, packaging)
  3. Wait for review — Refund requests are reviewed within 5–7 business days
  4. If approved — Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days

What Is NOT Refundable

  • Medications you decided not to use
  • Treatments where you changed your mind after approval
  • Shipments where you provided an incorrect address
  • Packages you refused delivery on
  • Medications that worked differently than you expected (results vary; this is not grounds for a refund)
  • Cancellation of orders whose prescriptions have been approved and sent to the pharmacy, even if they have not shipped
  • Orders more than 30 calendar days past the original purchase date, including orders delayed because required information was not provided
  • Carrier transit delays (FedEx, UPS, or USPS), weather events, natural disasters, or other logistics disruptions once the pharmacy has dispensed or dispatched your medication
  • Consultation fees once the consultation or medical review process has begun

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Method: Returned to the original payment method used for the purchase, such as Visa, Mastercard, American Express, a debit card, Klarna, or Affirm
  • Timeline: Generally processed within 5–10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time before the refund appears in your account.
  • Klarna, Affirm, or other financing: The refund is submitted through that provider, which determines how it affects your remaining installment payments or account balance

Discontinuation Due to Health Concerns

If a licensed healthcare professional or medical provider advises you to stop taking your medication because of health concerns, an adverse reaction, or an underlying medical condition, contact support. Documentation from a licensed provider may be required.

Remaining credits or unused portions of prepaid multi-month treatments are not eligible for a cash refund. Instead, any eligible remaining balance is converted into CoreAge Rx store credit, which can be:

  • Transferred to another patient who is medically approved for the medication
  • Applied toward non-prescription products
  • Applied toward future eligible services or products

Non-Prescription Product Returns

Unopened, non-prescription products may be returned within 30 days of delivery, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase. Products must be unopened, unused, sealed, and in their original condition. Return shipping is your responsibility unless the product was damaged, defective, or shipped incorrectly. COD returns are not accepted.

To request a return, email support@coreagerx.com with your order number.
