How to Log Into Your Member Portal

Log In to Your Portal

Go to member.coreagerx.com/login to access your account. You have three ways to sign in.

Option 1: Phone OTP (No Password Needed)

Click "Continue with Phone (OTP)" and enter your phone number. We'll send you a one-time code via SMS to verify your identity. No password required.

This is the easiest way to log in if you don't want to manage a password.

Option 2: Email or Phone + Password

Enter your email address or phone number along with your password, then click "Sign in".

Forgot your password? Click the "Forgot your password?" link on the login page to reset it.

Option 3: Magic Link

Click "Sign in with Magic Link" at the bottom of the login page. We'll send a secure link to your email — click it to sign in instantly. No password required.

Important: Log In Regularly

Make it a habit to log in frequently. Important updates and provider messages may not always be sent via email. Your provider may message you directly in the portal for:

  • Follow-up questions about your medical intake
  • Requests for additional documentation
  • Dosage instructions or treatment updates
  • Approval notifications

Trouble Logging In?

  • Try a different login method — If your password isn't working, use Phone OTP or Magic Link instead
  • Check your spam folder — Magic Link emails may end up in spam
  • Verify your phone number — Make sure you're using the same number you registered with
