What You Can Do

  • Track your orders — See your order status from "Doctor Review" to "Delivered"
  • Talk to your doctor — Click "Talk to Doctor" to ask medical questions directly through the portal
  • Request refills — Complete the Refill Check-In Form when it's time
  • Manage your account — Update personal details, payment methods, and contact info

Quick Start Checklist

To get up and running, follow these steps in order:

  1. Log in to your Member Portal at member.coreagerx.com/login
  2. Complete your Medical Intake from the Dashboard
  3. Wait for provider approval (1-3 business days)
  4. Track your order in the Orders tab
  5. Request refills when the button appears on your dashboard

Tips for a Smooth Experience

  • Check the Portal Regularly: Your provider's messages and updates won't always come through email. Make it a habit to log in frequently.
