At CoreAge Rx, we want to make managing your treatment easy and stress-free. Your Member Portal at member.coreagerx.com is where you can do everything in one place.
What You Can Do
- Track your orders — See your order status from "Doctor Review" to "Delivered"
- Talk to your doctor — Click "Talk to Doctor" to ask medical questions directly through the portal
- Request refills — Complete the Refill Check-In Form when it's time
- Manage your account — Update personal details, payment methods, and contact info
Quick Start Checklist
To get up and running, follow these steps in order:
- Log in to your Member Portal at member.coreagerx.com/login
- Complete your Medical Intake from the Dashboard
- Wait for provider approval (1-3 business days)
- Track your order in the Orders tab
- Request refills when the button appears on your dashboard
Tips for a Smooth Experience
- Check the Portal Regularly: Your provider's messages and updates won't always come through email. Make it a habit to log in frequently.
- Read Instructions Carefully: When you receive a vial of medication, make sure you understand the dosing instructions clearly. If you're ever unsure, ask your provider via the portal.
