Updating Your Information

  1. Log in to your Member Portal.
  2. Click "Account Details" in the sidebar.
  3. From here you can update:
    • Personal Information — Full name
    • Contact Information — Email address and phone number
    • Card Details — Update your payment method for all orders

To save your new payment method, enter your card number, expiration date, and CVV, then click "Update Payment Method".

Note: Updating your card will update the payment method for all of your orders.

Checking Your Billing

View your payment history and ensure your account details are accurate from the Account Details page.

Other Account Actions

From the sidebar, you can also:

  • Instruction Videos — Watch helpful guides about your treatment.
  • Update Password — Change your account password.
  • Refill Support — Get help with your refill process.
