Cancellation Timing

Whether you can cancel your order depends on where it is in the fulfillment process.

Before Your Prescription Is Approved

If your prescription has NOT been approved by a provider or transmitted to the pharmacy:

You may cancel your order at no cost. Contact support immediately to request cancellation.

Note: Provider consultation fees ($50–$100) are non-refundable regardless of cancellation status or approval outcome.

After Your Prescription Is Approved

ALL SALES ARE FINAL once your prescription has been approved by a licensed provider AND transferred to our pharmacy for fulfillment.

Federal and state pharmacy regulations prohibit returns or refunds for prescription medications once dispensed. This means:

  • The medication has been compounded specifically for you
  • It cannot be re-used, restocked, or returned
  • No refund will be issued

Multi-Month Plan Early Cancellation

If you selected a 6-month or 12-month plan and cancel early, you will be charged the equivalent of the 3-month plan rate for any medication already shipped.

Multi-month plans carry discounted rates, and early cancellation adjusts pricing to reflect the actual supply received.

30-Day Order Finalization

Orders that remain active beyond 30 days from purchase are considered fulfilled as professional medical services. No refund will be issued after this period.

Common reasons orders remain active past 30 days:

  • Incomplete medical intake forms
  • Missing or unreadable identity verification
  • Not responding to provider follow-up communications
  • Missing required medical documents (lab results, provider records)

Check your email regularly, including spam folders, to avoid delays.

How to Request Cancellation

  1. Contact support immediately at support@coreagerx.com or call (888) 601-4976
  2. Provide your name, email, and order number
  3. State clearly that you want to cancel your order
  4. Wait for confirmation — do not assume your order is canceled until you receive written confirmation

The sooner you contact support, the higher the chance cancellation is possible.

Refund Processing

When a refund is approved:

  • Method: Returned to your original payment method
  • Timeline: 5–10 business days from approval
  • Klarna/Affirm: Refunds are applied to those accounts and payment plans are adjusted accordingly

Non-Prescription Products

Unopened, non-prescription (over-the-counter) items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs.

  • Products must be sealed, unused, and in original condition
  • Customer pays return shipping
  • Contact support@coreagerx.com with your order number and reason for return
