Do You Accept HSA or FSA Cards?
Yes — We Accept HSA and FSA Cards
You can pay for your CoreAge Rx order with a Health Savings Account (HSA) or Flexible Spending Account (FSA) card. Most HSA and FSA cards are Visa or Mastercard branded, so you enter yours at checkout exactly like any other debit or credit card.
There is nothing to sign up for and no special payment option to select.
What's Usually Eligible
| Item | Typically eligible? |
|---|---|
| Compounded prescription medication | Yes — prescription treatments are generally eligible |
| Prescription skincare | Yes — prescribed by a licensed provider |
| Daily supplements (Strong Suit, Green Scene, Full House, GLP-1 Support) | Often not — non-prescription items may require a letter of medical necessity |
Your plan administrator — not CoreAge Rx — decides what your account can cover.
How to Pay With Your HSA or FSA Card
Step 1: Select your treatment plan and continue to checkout.
Step 2: Choose the credit/debit card payment option.
Step 3: Enter your HSA or FSA card number, expiration date, and CVV.
Step 4: Enter the billing address your card issuer has on file.
To use the same card for future refills, save it in your Member Portal under Account Details → Update Card Details.
If Your Card Is Declined
HSA and FSA cards are usually declined for one of these reasons:
- Not enough funds in the account to cover the full amount
- Merchant restrictions — some plans only approve their card at pharmacies and clinics with specific merchant codes
- The item isn't covered under your particular plan
- An expired card or a billing address that doesn't match your plan records
We can't see why a card was declined — only your plan administrator or card issuer can tell you that.
What to do instead: Pay with a regular credit or debit card, then request an itemized receipt and submit it to your administrator for reimbursement. This route works even when a card is declined at checkout.
Getting an Itemized Receipt
Whether you paid with an HSA/FSA card or a regular card, we can send you an itemized receipt for reimbursement or your tax records. See How Do I Get a Receipt for FSA or HSA? for how to request one.
We Don't Bill Insurance
CoreAge Rx does not accept insurance and does not file claims on your behalf. All purchases are out-of-pocket — paying with HSA or FSA funds is how many members use pre-tax dollars for their treatment.
Eligibility rules vary by plan. If you aren't sure whether your account covers your order, check with your plan administrator or tax advisor before you buy.
