I'm Missing Vials From My Order
How Multi-Month Shipments Work
Before assuming vials are missing, it's important to understand how CoreAge Rx ships multi-month plans:

| 1-month | 1 vial per shipment |
| 3-month | 3 vials in one shipment |
| 6-month | 3 vials now, 3 vials at your next refill |
| 12-month | 3 vials per quarter (4 shipments total) |
If you ordered a 6-month or 12-month plan and received 3 vials, that's correct. You'll receive your remaining vials in future shipments after completing your check-in.
I Received Fewer Vials Than Expected
If you believe you should have received more vials than what arrived:
- Check the packing slip — It should list exactly what was included
- Check inside all packaging — Vials can sometimes shift during transit and be hidden under insulation or ice packs
- Verify your plan — Confirm whether your plan ships all vials at once or in batches

I Only Received 2 Vials Instead of 3
