How Multi-Month Shipments Work

Before assuming vials are missing, it's important to understand how CoreAge Rx ships multi-month plans:

If you ordered a 6-month or 12-month plan and received 3 vials, that's correct. You'll receive your remaining vials in future shipments after completing your check-in.

I Received Fewer Vials Than Expected

If you believe you should have received more vials than what arrived:

  1. Check the packing slip — It should list exactly what was included
  2. Check inside all packaging — Vials can sometimes shift during transit and be hidden under insulation or ice packs
  3. Verify your plan — Confirm whether your plan ships all vials at once or in batches

What to Do If Vials Are Truly Missing

Contact support immediately:

Include:

  • Your name and order number
  • How many vials you received vs. how many you expected
  • A photo of what you received (if possible)

We'll investigate and arrange a replacement for any missing medication.

I Only Received 2 Vials Instead of 3

This occasionally happens if the pharmacy sends a partial shipment. Contact support and we'll ensure your remaining vial is shipped promptly.
