I Never Received My Package

First, Check Your Tracking

Log in to your Member Portal and check your tracking number. Here's what to look for:

  • "In Transit" with no updates for 5+ business days — the package may be lost in transit
  • "Delivered" but you don't have it — see My Package Says Delivered, But I Don't Have It
  • "Label Created" but never picked up — the pharmacy may not have shipped it yet. Contact support.

If Tracking Shows No Delivery

If your tracking has been stuck or shows no delivery after the estimated arrival date:

  1. Wait 2 additional business days beyond the estimated delivery — carriers sometimes deliver without updating tracking
  2. Contact the carrier directly (FedEx or UPS) with your tracking number to open an investigation
  3. Email support@coreagerx.com with your order number. We will:
    • Investigate with the carrier
    • File a lost package claim if needed
    • Arrange a replacement shipment

Replacement Shipments

If we confirm your package is lost, we will send a replacement at no additional cost. Replacement shipments typically ship within 3–5 business days after the claim is resolved.

Tips to Prevent Lost Packages

  • Verify your shipping address in your Member Portal before each order
  • Use a secure delivery location — avoid addresses where packages sit unattended for long periods
  • Sign up for carrier notifications through FedEx or UPS for real-time delivery alerts
  • Consider a work address if home deliveries are frequently missed
