Can I Pause or Hold My Order?
Requesting a Hold
If you need to temporarily pause your medication shipments — for travel, a medical procedure, or any other reason — contact support:

- How long you'd like to pause
- When you'd like to resume shipments
When to Request a Hold
Before your order ships — Contact us as soon as possible. Once medication has shipped, it cannot be recalled.
Before your refill processes — If you're on a multi-month plan and your next shipment is coming up, reach out before the pharmacy begins processing.
What Happens to My Plan?
- Your plan duration doesn't change — a hold pauses shipping, not your subscription
- Any remaining medication on your plan will still be fulfilled when you resume
- You won't be charged extra for pausing
Returning from a Hold
When you're ready to resume:
- Contact support or respond to the original hold request
- We'll coordinate with the pharmacy to schedule your next shipment
- You may need to complete a brief check-in if significant time has passed
Tips for Travel
If you're traveling rather than pausing:
- Request an early shipment so medication arrives before you leave
- Bring a small insulated bag to keep medication cold during travel
- Medication can be at room temperature for short periods (a few hours) without issue
