Can I Change My Delivery Address After Ordering?

Before Your Order Ships

If your order hasn't shipped yet, you can update your delivery address:

  1. Contact support immediately at support@coreagerx.com or call (307) 405-1638
  2. Provide your name, order details, and the new address
  3. We'll update the address before the pharmacy ships

Tip: Include your full address with apartment/unit number, city, state, and ZIP code.

After Your Order Ships

Once your package is in transit, address changes are more difficult but may still be possible:

  • Contact support right away — we may be able to redirect the package through the carrier
  • You can also try contacting the carrier directly (FedEx/UPS) with your tracking number to request a delivery change or hold at a facility

Note: Not all carriers allow address changes once a package is in transit, especially for shipments requiring temperature control.

Updating Your Address for Future Orders

To update your default shipping address for all future orders:

  1. Log in to your member portal
  2. Go to your account/profile settings
  3. Update your shipping address

Important Reminders

  • Always double-check your address when placing an order
  • If you're traveling, consider having your medication shipped to your destination
  • Medication requires refrigeration — make sure someone is available to receive the package
