Why Was an Order Placed Without My Consent?
Why You May See an Unexpected Order
If an order appears on your account that you did not expect, here are the most common reasons:
Automatic Plan Renewal If you are on a multi-month plan (3, 6, or 12 months), your plan may include automatic renewal at the end of the cycle. When the renewal processes, a new order is created and your card is charged. You would have agreed to this during checkout.
Refill Order If you completed a Refill Check-In Form, a new order is placed once your provider approves the refill. This is expected behavior after completing the check-in.
Someone Else Used Your Card In rare cases, a family member or someone with access to your payment information may have placed an order.
