How to Check Your Order Status
Viewing Your Order
Step 1: Log in to your Member Portal at member.coreagerx.com
Step 2: Click Orders in the left sidebar
Step 3: Select your order to see full details including status, medication, pricing, and shipping/billing addresses
Order Status Stages
Your order will progress through these stages:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Medical Intake | Awaiting your intake form — complete it from the Dashboard |
| At Doctor | Your provider is reviewing your information (1-3 business days) |
| At Pharmacy | Your prescription is approved and medication is being compounded |
| Shipped | Your order is on the way — tracking info sent to your email |
| Delivered | Your package has arrived |
What You Can See on the Order Page
- Order status at the top of the page
- Medication and pricing details — product, quantity, subtotal, discounts, and total paid
- Order date
- Shipping address and Billing address
Messaging Your Doctor About an Order
If you have questions about your order or treatment:
- Click Talk to Doctor in the left sidebar
- Select the order you want to discuss — this opens the doctor's chat
- Type your question in the message box — you can also attach files or photos
- Click Send
Allow 1–3 business days for a response. Your doctor may also message you in the portal if they need more information. Check the portal regularly, as messages may not always be sent via email.
If Your Order Seems Delayed
- Check your email for any messages requesting action
- Log in to the portal to check for provider messages
- Verify your medical intake is complete
- Contact support at support@coreagerx.com if you need help
