How the Ordering Process Works
Here's what happens from the moment you place your order to when your medication arrives.
Step 1: Place Your Order
Payment is processed when you check out. This reserves your medication, locks in your pricing, and starts your medical chart for the provider.
Step 2: Complete Your Medical Intake
You'll need to provide:
- Basic health history
- Photo ID
- Full-body photos
This is required before a provider can review your order.
Step 3: Provider Review (1–3 Business Days)
A licensed U.S. provider reviews your intake.
- If approved — your prescription is sent to the pharmacy.
- If not approved — you receive a full, automatic refund.
Step 4: Pharmacy Processing (3–5 Business Days)
Your medication is prepared by a licensed compounding pharmacy. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Step 5: Shipping & Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information is sent to your email. You can also check the status in your Member Portal under Orders.
Why Do I Pay Before the Doctor Reviews My Order?
Paying at checkout:
- Reserves your medication
- Locks in your pricing (your price never changes)
- Starts your medical chart so the provider can begin review
- Prioritizes your provider review
If the provider does not approve you, you receive a full refund automatically.
Common Delays
- Incomplete intake (missing ID, photos, or health info)
- Weekends and holidays (business days only)
- High-volume pharmacy periods
