How to Place Your Order
Step 1: Visit app.coreagerx.com/go/sale and select the treatment plan that's right for you.
Step 2: Complete checkout and create your account.
Step 3: Fill out your medical intake form — this takes less than 5 minutes. You'll need to provide your health history, a photo ID, and full-body photos.
Step 4: A licensed provider will review your information and determine eligibility. Allow 1-3 business days for review.
Step 5: Once approved, your prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy for compounding and ships within 2-3 business days.
