How to Place Your Order
Step 1: Visit app.coreagerx.com/go/sale and select the treatment plan that's right for you.
Step 2: Review the one-time purchase or optional subscription choice shown for your order, including the total charge and any renewal terms. Select the option you want, then complete checkout and create your account.
Step 3: Fill out your medical intake form — this takes less than 5 minutes. You'll need to provide your health history, a photo ID, and full-body photos.
Step 4: A licensed provider will review your information and determine eligibility. Allow 1-3 business days for review.
Step 5: Once approved, your prescription is sent to a licensed pharmacy for compounding and ships within 2-3 business days.

Your shipments may contain a 1-, 2-, or 3-month supply at a time, depending on your treatment, dispensing pharmacy, and location.

Longer plans offer better per-month pricing. All orders include free standard shipping.
One-Time Purchases and Optional Subscriptions
CoreAge Rx offers one-time purchases and optional subscriptions. You choose the purchase option when placing your order.
- One-time purchase: Your purchase does not renew automatically. You choose when to place and pay for another order.
- Subscription: If you choose a subscription, future renewals are billed automatically according to the billing schedule and terms you select.
A plan's duration and shipment size do not determine whether it is a subscription. Buying a multi-month supply does not, by itself, enroll you in automatic renewals.
Review the purchase option, total charge, and any renewal terms before confirming your order. If you are unsure which option you selected or do not recognize a renewal, contact support@coreagerx.com so we can review your order.
What to Expect After Purchase
- Check your email for account confirmation and next steps
- Log in to your Member Portal at member.coreagerx.com
- Complete your medical intake from the Dashboard
- Track your order in the Orders tab as it moves from Doctor Review to Shipped
Payment Methods
We accept major credit and debit cards, including HSA and FSA cards — enter yours at checkout like any other card. Klarna and Affirm payment plans are also available at checkout.
