How to Request a Refill

How Refill Timing Works
Refill timing is based on the delivery date of your most recent shipment — not your signup date, purchase date, or billing date. The countdown always starts from when your shipment was delivered.
You will be prompted to complete a Refill Check-In Form when you have approximately 1 week of medication remaining.
Refill Timing by Plan

Important: Only the 1-month plan refills on a roughly monthly cycle.

How Each Plan Works
1-Month Plan
- You receive 1 vial per shipment
- At Week 3 from delivery, complete your refill check-in
- Payment is required each cycle
- You may stay on the 1-month plan or upgrade to a longer plan
3-Month Plan
- You receive 3 vials in a single shipment
- At Week 11 from delivery, complete your refill check-in
- Payment is required to continue
- This plan does not refill monthly
6-Month Plan
- You receive 6 vials total across 2 shipments (3 vials each)
- Fully prepaid upfront
- Shipment 1: 3 vials delivered. At Week 11, complete check-in — Shipment 2 is sent at no additional cost
- Shipment 2: 3 vials delivered. At Week 11, complete check-in — plan is complete. Pay again to continue
- The 11-week clock resets after each shipment delivery
12-Month Plan
- You receive 12 vials total across 4 shipments (3 vials each)
- Fully prepaid upfront
- After each shipment delivery, complete your check-in at Week 11 to trigger the next shipment at no additional cost
- After Shipment 4, the plan is complete. Pay again to continue
- The 11-week clock resets after each shipment delivery
How to Complete Your Refill Check-In
Step 1: Log in to your Member Portal at member.coreagerx.com
Step 2: Go to your Dashboard
Step 3: Click the "Refill my medication" button
Step 4: Complete the Refill Check-In Form — this allows your provider to confirm your treatment is going well before approving the next shipment
Step 5: Wait for provider approval. Your provider will review the form and approve your refill.
Important: The Refill Button Timing
The "Refill my medication" button only appears on your dashboard when it is time for a refill. If you don't see it yet, it means it's not time to reorder.
What Happens After You Submit
- Your provider reviews your Refill Check-In Form
- If approved, your prescription is sent to the pharmacy
- Your medication is compounded and shipped
- You receive tracking information via email
Tips
- Don't wait until you're out — complete the check-in as soon as the refill button appears
- Complete the form fully — incomplete forms delay approval
- Check the portal for messages — your provider may have follow-up questions before approving
