How do I contact customer support?

For non-medical inquiries, email support@coreagerx.com. For medical questions, use the Talk to My Doctor feature in the portal.

What should I do if I miss a dose?

Contact your provider via the portal to discuss whether to skip the missed dose or reschedule it.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information in your email. You can also check your order status in the portal under the Orders tab.

How do I get a refill?

Complete the Refill Check-In Form in the portal to request a refill. Your provider will review and approve it.


Tips for a Smooth Experience

  • Check the portal regularly — Your provider's messages and updates won't always come through email. Make it a habit to log in frequently.
  • Read instructions carefully — When you receive a vial of medication, make sure you understand the dosing instructions clearly. If you're ever unsure, ask your provider via the portal.
  • Be proactive about refills — Start your refill check-in process two weeks before you run out of medication to avoid delays.
