How to Update Your Billing, Shipping, or Payment Information
Accessing Your Account Settings
Step 1: Log into Your Member Portal at member.coreagerx.com
Step 2: Click "Account Details" on the left sidebar.
Step 3: Update Your Information
From the Account Details page you can update:
- Personal Information — Your full name
- Contact Information — Email address and phone number
- Update Card Details — Add or update your credit/debit card (card number, expiration date, CVV)
Note: Updating your payment method will update it for all of your orders.
What You Can Update

Important Timing Information
Update BEFORE your next billing cycle or shipment.

| Updated before order processes | Changes apply to your next shipment |
| Updated after order processes | Changes apply to the following shipment |
| Updated after shipping label created | Current shipment goes to old address |
Pro Tip: Make changes at least 3-5 business days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure they take effect.
Shipping Address Requirements
We can ship to:
- Residential addresses
- Business addresses
We cannot ship to:
- P.O. Boxes
- APO/FPO military addresses
- U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
- International addresses
Undeliverable Packages
If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.
Double-check your address before your next shipment processes.
Payment Method Tips
- Ensure your card is not expired
- Verify your billing address matches what's on file with your bank
- If payment fails, update your card immediately to avoid shipment delays
