How to Update Your Billing, Shipping, or Payment Information

Accessing Your Account Settings

Step 1: Log into Your Member Portal at member.coreagerx.com

Step 2: Click "Account Details" on the left sidebar.

Step 3: Update Your Information

From the Account Details page you can update:

  • Personal Information — Your full name
  • Contact Information — Email address and phone number
  • Update Card Details — Add or update your credit/debit card (card number, expiration date, CVV)

Note: Updating your payment method will update it for all of your orders.

Pro Tip: Make changes at least 3-5 business days before your next scheduled billing date to ensure they take effect.

Shipping Address Requirements

We can ship to:

  • Residential addresses
  • Business addresses

We cannot ship to:

  • P.O. Boxes
  • APO/FPO military addresses
  • U.S. territories (Puerto Rico, Guam, etc.)
  • International addresses

Undeliverable Packages

If a shipment is returned due to an incorrect address or refused delivery, additional shipping charges may apply to reship your order.

Double-check your address before your next shipment processes.

Payment Method Tips

  • Ensure your card is not expired
  • Verify your billing address matches what's on file with your bank
  • If payment fails, update your card immediately to avoid shipment delays
