Why Is My Order Taking So Long?

Common Reasons for Delays

There are several steps between payment and delivery, and delays can happen at any point:

1. Incomplete Medical Intake

This is the #1 cause of delays. Your order cannot move forward until your intake is 100% complete, including:

  • All health questions answered
  • Full-body photo uploaded
  • ID photo uploaded
  • Consent forms signed

What to do: Log in to your member portal and check if any steps are incomplete.

2. Waiting for Doctor Review

After your intake is complete, a physician reviews your information within 1–3 business days. If the doctor has follow-up questions, you'll need to respond before your prescription can be approved.

What to do: Check your portal for messages from the doctor.

3. Pharmacy Processing

Once approved, the compounding pharmacy prepares your medication. This typically takes 3–5 business days but can take longer during high-demand periods.

4. Shipping Transit

Medication ships via FedEx or UPS with cold packaging. Transit is typically 2–4 business days depending on your location.
