CoreAge Rx ships all medication with priority shipping and cold packaging to ensure it arrives safely. While we don't currently offer a paid expedited shipping upgrade, there are steps you can take to get your medication faster.
What Affects Your Delivery Timeline
Most of the time between payment and delivery is spent on processing, not shipping:

- For refills, order early — don't wait until you've used your last dose
