I Received the Wrong Medication or Dosage

Do Not Use the Medication

If you believe you received the wrong medication or an incorrect dosage, do not use it until you have confirmed with our team.

Common Reasons for Confusion

Before contacting support, check the following — the medication may actually be correct:

Compounded medication looks different: Your medication is compounded (custom-made) at a pharmacy, so it will not look like a brand-name product. The vial label will show the active ingredient and concentration.

Multi-vial orders have different dosages: If you are on a plan with dose titration (gradual increases), you may receive multiple vials with different concentrations. This is intentional — you start with the lowest dose and work your way up. See Understanding Your Vial Label, Units & Dosing for help reading your labels.

Dosage was adjusted by your provider: Your prescribing provider may have adjusted your dosage based on your medical intake or check-in responses. Check your portal messages for any notes from your provider.

If It's Truly Wrong

If after checking the above you believe there is a genuine error:

  1. Do not use the medication
  2. Take a photo of the vial label(s) showing the medication name and concentration
  3. Email support@coreagerx.com with:
    • Your order number
    • The photos of what you received
    • What you expected to receive
  4. Our team will work with the pharmacy to resolve the issue and send a replacement if needed

Timeline for Resolution

We treat medication errors as urgent. Expect a response within 1 business day and a replacement shipment as soon as the issue is confirmed.
