Where Do I Find Messages From My Doctor?
How Doctor Communication Works
At CoreAge Rx, your prescribing provider communicates with you through your Member Portal — not by phone. This is an asynchronous process, meaning you and your doctor exchange messages at different times (similar to email), rather than having a live phone call.
Where to Find Doctor Messages
- Log in to your Member Portal
- Look for the Messages or Inbox section on your dashboard
- Click on any message to read it and reply
Your doctor may send messages about:
- Questions about your medical history
- Prescription approval or denial
- Dosage recommendations
- Follow-up check-in requests
I Got a Notification But Don't See a Message
If you received a text or email saying you have a new message but can't find it:
- Try refreshing the page or logging out and back in
- Clear your browser cache — old cached data can prevent new messages from showing
- Try a different browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
- Check on a desktop computer if you're on mobile, or vice versa
- Messages may take a few minutes to appear after the notification is sent

How Long Until the Doctor Responds?
Providers typically review and respond within 1–3 business days. During busy periods it may take slightly longer. If you haven't heard back after 3 business days, email support@coreagerx.com and we'll follow up with your provider.
