What Happens After I Pay?
After you complete your payment, here's what happens next:
1. Complete Your Medical Intake
If you haven't already, you'll receive a link (via email and text) to complete your medical intake form. This includes:
- Basic health questions
- A full-body photo
- A photo of your ID
- Any current prescriptions or lab results
Tip: Complete this as soon as possible — your order cannot move forward until the intake is finished.
2. Doctor Review
Once your intake is submitted, a licensed physician reviews your information. This typically takes 1–3 business days. The doctor may:
- Approve your prescription as requested
- Send you a message in the portal with questions
- Recommend a different medication or dosage
You'll be notified by text and email when the doctor has responded.
3. Prescription Sent to Pharmacy
After the doctor approves your prescription, it's sent to our compounding pharmacy for fulfillment. Pharmacy processing typically takes 3–5 business days.
4. Shipping
Once the pharmacy fills your prescription, your medication ships with cold packaging. You'll receive a tracking number via email and text.
What If I Don't Hear Anything?
- Check your member portal for messages from the doctor
- Look in your spam/junk folder for emails from CoreAge Rx
- Make sure your medical intake is fully completed — incomplete intakes are the #1 cause of delays
