How Do I Reset My Password?

Option 1: Magic Link (Easiest)

The simplest way to log in is using the magic link:

1. Go to the member portal login page
2. Enter your email address
3. Click Send Magic Link
4. Check your email (and spam folder) for a login link
5. Click the link to be logged in automatically

The magic link expires after a short time, so use it promptly.

Option 2: Reset Your Password

If you prefer using a password:

1. Go to the member portal login page
2. Click Forgot Password
3. Enter the email address associated with your account
4. Check your email for a password reset link
5. Click the link and create a new password

Password tips:

• Use at least 8 characters
• Include a mix of letters, numbers, and symbols
• Don't reuse your old password (the system won't allow it)

Common Issues

"Contact not recognized" — Make sure you're using the same email address you signed up with. If you're unsure, contact support.

"Code expired" — Magic links and verification codes expire quickly. Request a new one and use it right away.
