How Do I Get a Receipt for FSA or HSA?
Requesting a Receipt
To get a receipt for your Flexible Spending Account (FSA), Health Savings Account (HSA), or personal tax records, email support@coreagerx.com with the subject line "Receipt Request" and include:
- Your full name
- The email address on your account
- Your order number (if you have it)
Our team will send you an itemized receipt, typically within 1–2 business days.
What the Receipt Includes
Your receipt will include:
- Patient name
- Date of purchase
- Description of the medication
- Amount charged
Using Your FSA or HSA Card
You can use your FSA or HSA debit card to pay for your CoreAge Rx order at checkout. Compounded prescription medications are generally eligible expenses under most FSA and HSA plans.
If your FSA/HSA administrator requires additional documentation, email us and we can provide whatever is needed.
Important Note
CoreAge Rx does not file insurance claims. All purchases are out-of-pocket. However, you may be able to submit your receipt for reimbursement through your FSA, HSA, or as a medical expense deduction on your taxes. Consult your plan administrator or tax advisor for eligibility.
