Syringes & Needles: What's Included and How to Get More

What's Included in Your Shipment

Your injectable medication shipment includes enough syringes and needles for the prescribed doses in that shipment. The number supplied depends on your treatment and the amount of medication being sent, rather than a fixed number per vial.

Your shipment also includes your medication, alcohol swabs, and dosing instructions. Follow the instructions provided by your dispensing pharmacy.

Need More Syringes or Needles?

If you need extras, including supplies for learning how to use them with your pharmacist or doctor, you can request additional syringes and needles by emailing support@coreagerx.com or calling (307) 405-1638. An additional charge may apply.

For extra supplies, checking with a local pharmacy first may be a more convenient and affordable option. Ask whether they offer syringes and needles at a lower cost or have any available at no charge. You can also compare options on Amazon. Prices and availability vary, so getting extras separately may cost less than requesting them through us.

Choosing and Learning to Use Your Supplies

Before buying extras, confirm the correct syringe and needle type and size with your dispensing pharmacy. The syringe should be appropriate for your medication and prescribed dose. The FDA recommends using an appropriate syringe size and getting guidance on measuring your dose.

If you are learning how to use your supplies, follow the instructions in your package and ask your pharmacist or doctor for guidance. You can reach your doctor through the Member Portal. Support can help with supply requests and general information, but support staff are not medical professionals.

What If Supplies Are Missing From My Shipment?

If your shipment appears to be missing the supplies needed for your prescribed doses, contact support@coreagerx.com or call (307) 405-1638 so we can review it and help.

Do I Need a Sharps Container?

You will need a suitable container for used needles and syringes. See Safe Sharps Disposal for guidance.
